How to start shopping?

1) Register for an account or checkout as guest.
2) Add desired item(s) to cart.
3) Proceed to checkout.
4) An auto generated invoice will be sent to your email.
5) Reply to the email with your payment details.
6) A payment verification email will be mailed to you within 24 hours.
7) Orders will be shipped out the next day after payment verification email is sent.

Delivery Information

Zepherra's parcels are handled by Singapore Post Office.
Normal mail
Normal mail is $1.00 per item. It will arrive within 2 to 3 working days from day of despatch.
It is not insured and customers bear the risk of lost packages. Hence, we strongly recommend you to opt for registered shipping method.

Registered mail
Registered mail costs an additional $2.24 on top of normal postage prices and comes with a tracking number so you can constantly monitor the status of your parcel online. Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep.

In the event that there is no one at home when the parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or under your door. You may then proceed to the post office stated on the card to collect your parcel.

Payment and Pricing

Payment
We accept POSB/DBS internet banking and ATM transfer, Interbank transfer.

However for ATM transfer, due to the prevalence of fraud cases, ATM transfer customers need to provide us with a snapshot of transaction receipt for verification purpose. We strictly require a snapshot of your ATM transaction receipt because it is only noted ATR with date only on our banking page. Therefore, if there are multiple transfers in a day, there is simply no way that we can verify it other than referring to a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt.
Zepherra reserves the rights to dismiss the transfer if the receipt is unclear or there is no receipt provided.

Unpaid items within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter. All dead buyers will also be blacklisted from our site and all future purchases. Zepherra reserves the right to reject a transaction/customer at our own discretion.

Pricing
All the prices stated on the site are final and non-negotiable.

Colors
Zepherra has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at our site. However, as the actual color you see is dependent on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be true to the color of our products.

  • Use light detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not soak apparel(s) with more than 2 colours
  • Iron with low heat/ delicate setting

Return/Exchange Policy

At Zepherra.com, your items are thoroughly checked before they are mailed out. However, if the item is found to be faulty, we guarantee to exchange the item when you return the product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.

If the item is still in stock, the defected item will be exchanged for the same item that is still in stock.

In the case when the item is out of stock, we will do a full refund or exchange with another item of similar price or above only. Top- up is required if exchange with item of higher pricing.

Kindly ensure that you notify us via email for the exchange request. We will not be able to process any uninformed exchange. Additionally, we will not be responsible for any lost parcel during the exchange process.
