LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE)
All orders will be despatched via Singpost. You will only be charged delivery costs once per order. If your are experiencing problems with your delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer the following types of delivery methods:

Speed: Orders will usually be delivered 2-4 working days after despatch.
Tracking: For registered mail only. Registered parcels are sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no one at home when the parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or under your door. You may then proceed to the post office stated on the card to collect your parcel. When placing your order, please provide a valid mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery; this will also enable us to send you an estimated delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE: We highly recommend registered mail. We will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.
We offer an international delivery service on all orders, shipped via Singpost. All international delivery comes with tracking number. Rates will vary according to the weight of the items. You can estimate the shipping cost at the cart page by entering your country and postal code before checking out.
Once an order has been despatched, we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that Zepherra cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
Address amendments: We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been despatched. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted, the delivery man from your local post service will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Import Duty: Recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Zepherra cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
Late deliveries: We aim to despatch available items within 2 days. Items on pre-order will take 2-3 weeks before it will be despatched. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons; if you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please also check that your item has been despatched. It will be stated as a made to order item in the listing, which may take 10-12 days to produce. Customs: There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks, dependant on the country of export – unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays.
