These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods (“goods”) from the Zepherra web site at zepherra.com (the “website”).

This website is owned and operated by Zepherra, a company registered in Singapore under registered number 53186721L.

When we refer to “you” and “your” we mean the user of the website and purchaser of goods. Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. We may change these Terms & Conditions without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check this page for any changes.

Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the website. By placing your order with us, you are implicitly accepting these terms and conditions and also agree to the notices and disclaimers.

The contents of the site and the site as a whole are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may view the website and print its contents for this purpose only. You may not use, transfer, copy or reproduce any part of the website in any form or by any means except for the sole purpose of viewing its content, unless you have the written permission of Zepherra.

Our website uses encryption technology, like Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), to protect your personal information during data transport. SSL encrypts ordering information such as your name, address, and credit card number. Our Customer Care center and stores also operate over a private, secure network. Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information.


While every care is taken to ensure that all information on this website is correct, there may still be errors or omissions. If you find an error or omission please let us know by emailing customercare@zepherra.com and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and/or omissions are present. In the event of human error or malfunction in the technology, the prices on the site do not commit us to sale.

We try to make sure that all information on the website, including descriptions of our goods, and listed prices, are accurate and correct at all times but we cannot guarantee that this site and its content is completely free of technical errors. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible, and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of goods we will try to let you know. We will not be held liable to you for any errors on the website.


We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but the colour of the item you receive may differ slightly from the colour in our photography.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:

The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings, your monitor calibration;

  • All sizes and measurements are approximate;
  • All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order;
  • Any delivery cost estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times.

Purchasing goods online

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “order”) by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

  • Adding product to your shopping basket
  • Enter login details
  • Enter billing address details
  • Enter delivery address details
  • Confirmation of order

Zepherra must receive payment in full for your order before it can be accepted. Once your credit card has been authorised and stock is checked, Zepherra will send you an email receipt confirming your order. Please keep this receipt for your records.

We can only accept orders for items that are in stock. In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, a full refund will be made on your order and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.

Zepherra reserves the right to refuse to supply any person for whatever reason.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and payment details.


All online orders will be charged in Singapore dollars (SGD), but exclude postage and packaging. Prices quoted on the website are indicative only and are subject to change.

Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process.
